All payments made for digital marketing services (including but not limited to SEO, social media management, paid ad campaigns, consultation, branding, and strategy building) are non-refundable once the project has started or services have been rendered.

  • You cancel before any work has been initiated.
  • You make a payment by mistake and contact us within 24 hours.

3. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Our digital products (such as Reels bundles, templates, checklists, downloadable kits, and other content) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the instant, irreversible nature of digital downloads.

Once purchased and delivered, ownership is considered transferred.
